West Windsor Arts is now accepting artist submissions for Off the Wall, our biggest art sale of the year. Held during November and December, this annual event transforms our gallery and lobby into a festive art market where every piece is priced to sell—and can be taken home right off the wall. We consistently sell over 25% of the work, and promotion reaches 7,500+ subscribers, local art lovers, and holiday shoppers. If you’ve got eye-catching, affordable work, this is your chance to connect with motivated buyers.
TIMELINE
--Sept 24, 2025: deadline to enter art
--Sept 29 to Oct 3, 2025: accepted and declined emails will be sent
--Oct 29 and 30: drop off of accepted art
--Nov 5 to Dec 22, 2025: dates for art show
--Opening reception and Member Preview: TBA
GUIDELINES: Some details about the show have changed, so please review the specifics. Submission of an application serves as acceptance to the policies of West Windsor Arts, and those specifically outlined here in the prospectus.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to all Artists and Sculptors age 16 and older. Work must be original and created by the artist. Artwork that has been displayed in previous art shows at WWA are not eligible. We will check the work to make sure it is new to us. All art must be for sale.
PRICING YOUR ART: This show is all about original, quality work at affordable prices. To meet this goal, we have established target acceptance numbers based on price points. These price points are based on data collected from running Off the Wall for over 12 years. With this information in mind, we suggest that artists select high quality work that they are able to price affordably for our market, taking into consideration factors like materials, size, and time.
The price point scale listed below will be followed when selecting work for this show:
Price range $75 to $99, at most 15 works will be accepted
Price range $100 to $199, at most 40 works will be accepted
Price range $200 to $299, at most 40 works will be accepted
Price range $300 to $400, at most 15 works will be accepted
Price range $401 to $500, at most 7 works will be accepted
THE SPECIFICS TO SUBMIT YOUR WORK:
For All Wall Art and Sculpture:
– All artwork will be juried online through our submission process.|
– Artists may submit up to 3 works for consideration. – AI technology used in the creation of your work must be disclosed on the entry form.
– Each item must be for sale within the price points listed.
– To submit artwork, please fill out the form and upload an image of each of your works.
– The image submitted for jury review will also be used in our online shop, so professional presentation is important. It must show the entire artwork, be in focus, and square to frame.
– Label image files as follows: first name_last name_title. This is a really important step which helps us keep the art and artist information together. If you are unsure as to how to rename an image file, please reach out to us.
– Selected artwork will be displayed in the gallery and lobby.
– Each work must have a label attached at drop off: first name, last name, title.
Wall Hanging Artwork:
– There is no size limit, however size will be taken into consideration for display of the work.
– Must be ready to hang on the wall. If the item is framed, it must be wired across the back, neat and clean. We advise the use of wood frames with mounts attached with screws. Archival material is best.
– Artwork that is not properly wired or ready for hanging, even if it was juried into the art show, will not be accepted.
Sculpture:
– Must be no larger than 24 inches in any direction. Size will be taken into consideration as our display ability is limited.
– Must be ready for display, including a wall mounted shelf or pedestal base (if needed). WWA will reach out to accepted artists to confirm how the work will be displayed.
JURORS: West Windsor Arts Exhibition Committee
ENTRY FEE:
Wall Hanging Artist and Sculptors:
$25 for 3 works for non-members
$20 for 3 works with any level membership (membership will be checked before the entry is sent to the jurors).
SALE OF ART:
– West Windsor Arts will be responsible for collecting payment on all items.
– WWA Artist Level Members will be offered a 75/25% split on the sale price (75% to artist and 25% to WWA). For all others, the sale price is split 70/30. (70% to artist, 30% to WWA).
Note: West Windsor Arts retains the right to use artist’s name, business name and digital images of accepted artwork.
