Little Art Makers is a joyful introduction to the world of art-making where young children can explore paint, clay, fabric, texture, and more in a playful, encouraging environment. With a focus on sensory exploration, fine motor development, and imaginative discovery, this class nurtures both artistic expression and emotional growth. Every week offers a new opportunity to dive into messy, meaningful fun while making great art projects—so don’t forget your smock! *This class is a part of our Certificate in Fine Arts Program and will give each student one point towards their CiFA certification.
Jayme Fahrer is a passionate teaching artist who specializes in expressive and process-based art, with a focus on pour painting and abstract techniques. She encourages students to embrace movement, color, and spontaneity in their work, creating an environment where creativity can flow freely. With experience working with both children and adults, Jayme’s workshops are designed to be welcoming, fun, and accessible to all skill levels. Her background in art therapy informs her approach, emphasizing personal expression, emotional well-being, and the joy of creative exploration.
