Diwali (the festival of lights) is a celebration of the triumph of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance. It is a time for family and friends to share with each other through gatherings, sweets and gifts (which is what we have)!
In our newly opened shop, located in our lobby, we are presenting a curated selection of one-of-a-kind handcrafted artisanal items. Our artisans have put a lot of love into their work by paying attention to the details that matter! Expert craftsmanship and safe materials make each item valuable. Some history: This all started over 12 years ago as an annual Artisan Market and has bloomed into a year round shop, with a changing inventory for each season. The artisan market opens in October, with a special shopping day for Diwali on Oct 12, and continues every day the arts center is open.
